Niels Offenberg:

Producer and Consultant at Copenhagen Jazz Festival, Copenhagen Main Library, CKU (Danish Center for Culture and Development) and more.

"I have been working with Troels Bech for more than 15 years in all possible relationships, big and small places and yes, to everything. From major concert venues in Kbh with some of jazz's biggest names to a dusty field in Burkina Faso with some of the most weird, combined gear the world has seen.

For 10 years, I have used Troels at the Copenhagen Jazz Festival, where I stood for production; later as a consultant in West Africa and the last many years at the Main Copenhagen Library in all possible different events.

Always and every time I am - and bands, speakers, the audience - in so safe hands with Troels that I do not really understand how Troels always makes it sound so dazzling.

And then I understand it a little bit - because Troels is the man of the detail and he rather meet up a long time before we have agreed to check all possible conditions. Angles on speakers, materials, gear .. everything. Troels does not compromise and it really gives results. Because Troels is not only the man of the detail but also has the biggest and most musical ears.

I always know Troels' warm sound, always on the music's premises, and makes it stand in the most beautiful way.

In addition, Troels is also a person who understands people; or rather musicians and how best to get riders, details, etc. out of them and how to get a production going. For everyone. It's not a form of communication that's always easy - but Troels makes it all calm.
In all the years I've used Troels for various bands and orchestras, I think that the same thing has happened basically every time: Bands and orchestras have tried to hire Troels afterwards."

Kirsten Dehlholm:
Artistic director of Hotel Pro Forma.

"Hotel Pro Forma has had the pleasure of working with Troels Bech at three major performances in the years 2007 to 2011: "the Sandchild", "Operation Orfeo" and "Tomorrow in a year".

All three major setups of demanding music-theater performances. Troels has worked as a sound engineer with expanded skills as a dj and organizer of the selected pieces of music.

Troels works live, enthusiastic and with great empathy in both the musical material and the visual material in witch the music is included.
All three performances are tour performances, which is very demanding due to the short time on site for setup. Settlement must of course always be perfect no matter how little time you actually had. And at the same time one has to keep the mood and energy, which Troels has always performed.

In addition, Troels is very skilled at all the technical matters that will face many challenges, including various difficult emergencies.
Thank you Troels."

Lasse Grøftehauge Jensen:

Music teacher, Roskilde Gymnasium.

"For 7 years Troels Bech has been our regular sound engineer and sound consultant.

Over time Troels has solved many audio-related tasks with us: He has installed new, extensive PA systems in our canteen, made sound for various events, in addition to our annual large musical production and taught music teachers in audio technology.

In addition, we have been in his studio with a bunch of students and recorded our schools "start-up song".

Troels is extremely capable, knowing and musical and is also a very pleasant person to cooperate with.

ALWAYS, the collaboration with Troels has been a major pleasure!"

Henrik Olesen:

Songwriter/composer/musician (Ukendt Under Andet Navn, Olesen-Olesen, Greene and more).

"I have worked with Troels since 1991, and since then he has been a producer, musician and companion totaling approx. 10 of my recordings as well as sound engineer on several tours with the different bands I've been involved in.
Troels is an excellent partner at all levels. He is first and foremost a nice, caring and gifted person who rests in himself. He has no "hoppy-horses" or an ego to be confirmed, but he has a great professional pride in relation to the tasks he is doing. I appreciate that.
Troels is profoundly professional, he knows his stuff and he knows his gear. As a sparring partner and producer, he is extremely loyal and compassionate in his approach to and participation in the music, and his intuitive sense of where songs can and must be taken is just another of his great forces. I have the greatest respect for Troels and his knowledge."

Lis Wessberg:
Musician and Head of Department at Rhythmic Center, Copenhagen.

"Troels has been affiliated with the Rhythmic Center since 2005.

Troels teaches at the Sound Studio Line under the main "Intensive Courses", as well as in a number of shorter courses all related to sound studio engineering and music production.

In addition, Troels has participated, as an important member, throughout the development of the course offerings, particularly the Intensive Courses.

Troels has also, with great success, worked as a sound engineer when the Rhythmic Center has had major live events.

As a teacher, he is extremely popular among the students. A few quotes from the students' evaluation forms speak for themselves":

"Troels is a cool teacher. He is good at helping and familiarizing us with relevant techniques for solving specific problems ”
Student - Autumn 2005

"Good and thorough introduction to Protools. Troels is patient and insists that we get things tested ”
Student - Spring 2006

"Personally, I have known Troels for many years - also outside of the Rhythmic Center. Has experienced him as a sound engineer in connection with both live and CD productions, as well as a guitarist and singer on live jobs.

His kind heartedness, his helpfulness and always constructive approach to things is something I appreciate."
